Bought an ink from a store (HP 667) and the printer would not read the ink. A close look at the ink cartridge shows the copper contacts are no good. Discoloration. Tried one of the solutions provided through the chat, especially wiping with light amount of water on the contact, doesnt change anything.

 

I am located in Jamaica and am unable to get a replacement from the store it was bought from. Instead, was given a **bleep** number to call, which cannot work for me.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP HP Ink Issue I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with your HP ink cartridge. It's frustrating when the contacts are discolored and cleaning doesn't resolve the problem.. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
