Hello. I have an HP Ink Tank 315 printer. The printer does not detect the cyan color. I have already cleaned the cartridges, run a print diagnostic, and tried all the software options, but it still does not detect the color. According to the HP software, the ink levels are fine. What can I do to fix this?

Hi FerRX. 😀

I followed the steps and watched the video you sent me, but it still doesn't work. I removed the cartridge and injected a syringe directly to check if it had ink, and indeed, there is cyan ink. The other colors work fine. Printing with that cyan color still doesn't work. What else can I do to fix it? Best regards!
