Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 415

Me cuesta que mi HP Ink Tank Wireless vuelva a imprimir en amarillo. He probado lo siguiente:

Alinear la herramienta del cabezal de impresión desde la aplicación

Herramienta para limpiar el cabezal de impresión desde la aplicación

Confirmado que el indicador de tinta amarilla muestra más de la mitad de su capacidad.

 

Las páginas de prueba se imprimen sin rastro de tinta amarilla.  No sé que hacer, me urge una solución, les agradecería inmensamente me  ayudarán.

 

Cualquier idea sería muy apreciada.
