replace printer head and cartridges and now printer will not print anything but some cyan.  Any thoughts on what to do to correct this issue?

1. Check the estimated ink level. If the cartridge is empty, depending on the empty cartridge, your printer can print in grayscale or composite black for a period of time. If the color cartridge is empty, the printer will print in grayscale using black ink. If the black ink cartridge is empty, the printer will print in composite black using EZ color ink. Composite black may not be as dark as regular printouts.

2. The print head will be blocked, and you may need to clean the print head several times to restore print quality. Use automation tools to clean the print head through the printer control panel.
