Product: HP Ink Advantage 2545 Product number A9U23C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I bought my HP Ink Advantage 2545 in South Africa and I have now moved to the United Kingdom

I was using HP650 ink cartridges and have now replaced them with HP 301 cartridges which are not recognised by the printer.

I understand that I need a region reset code. Can anyone help me ?

Hi,

HP 301 cartridges are intended for the HP Deskjet 2540 printer, not for an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2540 printer, these are different models.

 

Your printer uses HP 650 ink cartridges in Europe, not any other number:

I suggest checking for any option to order online from a nearby country if compatible ink cartridges are not available in the UK, Deskjet Ink Advantage printers and cartridges are available in select markets only.
