I lapsed the Instant Ink program because it was a pain for a printer I don't use much. We had bought spare cartridges with the printer so we didn't need to continue. So I went to install a new cyan cartridge and the message pops up that it is part of the instant ink program and i cant use it. Since I probably used one of the retail cartridges first it is bs that I can't use it since I paid for the program for a time. PLUS THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR SUPPORT. I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE **bleep** VIRTUAL AGENT WHO CAN"T ANSWER MY QUESTION, nor does she know the phone number for support
