HP+ Instant Ink 6 Month Trial Not working

Hi, I purchased a DeskJet 4158e Printer,  

It was shown in pamphlets that came with the printer that I would get a 6 month trail of instant ink. When I went to go set up the instant ink, it is only giving me a 2 month trial. 

Is there something that I missed when setting up the printer or what can I do to fix this?
