Hi @Huihouu,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with changing the country for your printer instant ink account.
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Are you facing any issue while using the printer now?
- Was the printer earlier used in Singapore with instant ink service?.
- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Take care and have a great day ahead!

Hi Irwin, yes
1) The printer was never in singapore, bought and activated in the united states. This account too, created in the united states. I am using my phone hotspot to connect both together (Uni dorm hotspot) it is working fine on both HPdirect on iphone and Hp print app and standard print on Mac OS.
