I'm a Instant Ink user and i'm having trouble with my color ink cartridge.
I've tried all the trouble shooting steps i've read on here. As it seems others have had the same problem.
And was wondering how to get a replacement cartridge.
this is the what comes up on my account
Either an ink cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved. Learn more about cleaning cartridges at support.hp.com. Visit the Help Center or contact HP Support for unresolved issues.
