I hope this is the right group for this...
Say I use 10 pages of my HP Instant Ink Roll Over pages in one month, is that reset to 0 (zero) for the next month?
Thanks

@wynford, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you do not print all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages are rolled over, and can be used in later months.
- The rollover maximum balance is up to 3 times your plan pages.
- If you downgrade your plan, you get a new rollover maximum. You lose any rollover pages over what your new plan allows.
- Paper Add-on service: Rollover sheets are tracked separately and may be different from the rollover count of your ink or toner plan.
View your plan and rollover page balances:
1. Sign into your Home / Home Office Instant ink account.
2. Click HP Instant Ink, then Overview in the left menu.
3. Look for Plan and Rollover pages in the Status area. For the Paper Add-on service, look for rollover sheets.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
