I have been paying for ink monthly and not receiving product when needed.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
Instant Ink subscription cartridges are not sent monthly. The additional replacement cartridges are sent as needed based on your ink use, not on a monthly schedule.

The subscription cartridges are high capacity, so most customers don't require frequent shipments. You must keep your printer connected to the Internet so that the ink cartridges are shipped automatically.
