On my printer I have, HP Instant Ink Problem - Update Payment method.

I have signed into my instant ink account, but I only have the option to enrol a new printer. I do not have a My Account area as it does not see my printer as being enrolled. I have spoken to HP UK, but they could not see any printer being attached to my account, although prior to my card expiring I was paying for and receiving ink through the instant ink system.

I cannot clear the message on the printer until the payment method is updated, but as it has disappeared from my account how do I proceed? 

I can find the warranty info on my account under HP Support for the printer, so do not know why it does not show on instant ink system.
