Hi,

I installed the new ink cartridges that came in the mail from HP Instant Ink. When I try to print a document, the machine runs as if it is printing, but the paper comes out blank, with nothing printed. These cartridges are defective. I tried calling HP customer service, but they just asked for my printer serial number. The problem is the new cartridges, not the printer. The old HP Instant Ink cartridges worked fine. Also, HP Instant Ink keeps telling me I have run out of my allotted pages, when nothing is actually printing. Can I get a credit on my HP Instant Ink service? I have "printed" a stack of 10 blank pages today with nothing printed on them! I don't want to be charged for that.

To locate your account, please provide 

Your registered email address 

Your Instant Ink account ID 

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink 

Confirm your address,
