Hi,
I have purchased a HP envy 6432e and It comes with what appears to be a 9months instant ink free trial
I have signed up for the Instant ink trial , it does appear to have given me free 9months (chose frequency of 100pages a month)
but has at the same time taken my card details
my query is , are these 9 months genuinely free and if I cancel the subscription before the end of 9 months would that incur any charges as I have read in some places that HP would retrospectively charge for all the free months in the trial
also if was to cancel it now would that cause me to loose 9months of free trial ?
Would really appreciate clarification on this
regards
Umar
