HP Envy 5020

I bought a HP Envy printer last year and signed up for HP Instant Ink - paying £1.99 a month since then for 13/14 months. I have not received any ink from HP (presumably because I am not printing much and the ink hasn't run out) but if I cancel my subscription now, will I get a refund of what I've paid as I've received nothing in return? My concern is that if I carry on paying, who knows when the ink will run out so I could have paid way over the odds by then for 1 ink cartridge?

Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time.

No, you will not receive a refund because you did not receive ink cartridges.

The Instant Ink subscription is a print-by-page service that includes needed ink during the time the subscription is active.

What to do?

Read your Terms of Service contract document for details, plan information, and how to cancel.

Read the contract and check with the Instant Ink Website for information on how the plans work to better understand the service, contract requirements, and possible benefits.

Questions / Concerns / Complaints about your contract:
