Product: HP ENVY 7830

Hi, I have bought HP ENVY 7830 and We got 4 month free Instant ink trial. When I did setup of my printer and enrolled for Instant Ink subscription I did not get 4 month trial package. Can someone please help me oh how I can start my 4 month free trial.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
