HP is illegally blocking use of a generic ink cartridge. When I call for support they tell me I'm out of warranty so they won't help me. How are they allowed to do this still? Does someone have a work around for this? I'm about to trash my HP printer just out of principle and never buy an HP ever again.

Count me as another disappointed and former HP customer. I've bought numerous HP printers in the past, but your decision to only allow HP ink cartridges has forced me to ditch my HP printer and purchase one from a more customer oriented company.
