HP J4680 printer prints double images where graphic images are present on page.

I tried the manual address input and it is still not able to find the printer for the HP Smart App.

Are you using a Dual band Router?

If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, then the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.

It's getting too complicated, I tried another PC with a USB connection to the J4680 printer and still have shadows. It's time for the dumpster, it's not the first HP printer to go that route. I had a great HP 690C for many years, absolutely loved that printer but I could no longer get ink for it so I threw it out.

I have another printer that works fine, I'll use that one for now if I need graphics on the page.
