The LJ Pro 404n is not printing because it does not permit a change sleep mode beyond 1 minute, disable shutdown or choose a shutdown interval, or stay on when ports are active. What gives.
Hard reset, unplugging and waiting over an hour does not change anything.
This is truly absurd.
This worse the Inkjet models that I have owned. Solved or back to store after one month ownership

Make sure that your firmware is up to date because you should be able to adjust these settings through the embedded web server. Go to support.hp.com and compare the firmware listed there with your current firmware.
