Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw - can't get rid of a vertical line when paper goes through ADF...only appears when copying and scanning through feed AND I've done everything suggested in cleaning the class.  Help please

Ensure to clean BOTH The flatbed scanner glass (large glass) and The ADF scan strip (tiny narrow glass strip on the left). If the issue remains after it, this is a hardware with a potential scratch on the scan strip.
