Can someone please let me know what is wrong with my printer and/or cartridges?  The cartridges are from HP.  There is a thick discolor band on the right side of the paper.  I am attaching the print out along with the diagnostic page.  Hope you can help me to fix it.  Thanks

You either have a defective cyan cartridge or there is something blocking the cyan laser unit. Check the inside of the cartridge area closely for any debris. Also look at the bottom of the cartridge for any debris stuck to the drum of the cyan cartridge.

I checked the cartridges. There aren’t any debris in them.
I them called HP support. They were going through few steps to diagnose. And have determined that my color cartridges are all defective (like how you suggested)  Since I purchased the cartridges from HP website, they will send me all 3 new color cartridges without a charge.  From now on, I’ll only purchase cartridges from HP websites!

thanks for your help. I appreciate it.

I am not convinced that all three are defective. Replace the cyan first and test. If it works you can save the other two cartridges until you need them.
