Hello
I have a print quality problem.
see the diagnostic page that I attach
I state that I have already performed the calibration and reset several times, but it did not solve the problem, the cartridges are all good.
can you help me

Can't tell about the yellow from the sample but as the cyan appears properly aligned it suggests a problem solely with either the magenta cartridge or the magenta drive assembly. From previous history I know you have been struggling with this for quite a while, were you able to get the main drive properly aligned?

I have not yet found the time to disassemble and try to align it, as soon as I have done it I will notify you of the result
