Reading through your post you state that the black cartridge is good? How have you verified this? Having adequate toner does not eliminate the possibility of a bad mag roller or issue with the drum. If you have not tried a different black cartridge yet you need to do that. Sorry if you did mention that you had tried a different cartridge and I missed that.

The black cartridge is good because, I tried to print an all black writing by inserting a single colored dot (.) (Red, blue, yellow etc.)
the print is fine, if I remove the colored dot (.) the print is faded as the file I attached before.
Our friend "Valsimot" wanted to check the levers inside the printer to see if they were moved or offline, so I posted those photos.
Seeking solution, thanks

Looks broken to me. It's explained here from page 3 -5 better with pictures.

You will probably need a developer alienation caps for black for sure ( I would replace on all 4 ) and main drive that broke that cap will probbably brake it again so I would replace main drive and 4 caps.

Hi Valsimot
ok the printer does not give any error code, however I will try to replace the caps, I also found a video that shows me how to disassemble and reassemble the gears of the main transmission unit.
Here in Sardinia we don't have HP support, so I have to fix it with my own hands, but I'll make it.
then I will let you know if everything went well
Thanks for now, you have been very helpful to me
