My Printer: LaserJet M110we 

 

My cartridge in-hand: W141A (also the recommended one)

 

Not an Instant Ink subscriber nor is the aforementioned cartridge part of the Instant Ink program (does not have InstantInk writing on the cartridge)

 

Problem: I’m getting an incompatibility error; HP’s virtual chat was unable to trouble shoot in anyway, and I’m convinced that HP literally removed all phones from their business model.

 

Solutions tried: 

turning it off and on, unplugging, cleaned contacts on cartridge. Currently leaving it unplugged for 10 mins and restarting with the “incompatible” toner cartridge already in place.
