HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer

I recently moved, and my printer is now printing grey/black on the whole back of the page. The front of the page prints normally. I tried doing the toner and fuser cleaning, and they had no effect other than having the back create fully black horizontal streaks on the portions of the page where the page moved slower. The imaging drum appears fully clean.
Shaking and rotating the cartridge did have a small amount of toner fall out.

I see that your printer is printing grey/black on the whole back of the page

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this weblink.
