HP LaserJet MFP M29w prints only a few lines

Installed a new ink cartridge. 

Printing from a scan the first prints 6 lines.

The only work around was to move my document up, six inches at a time , so one normal page too 5 scans to complete.

I scanned one important document and failed 12 time (while trying different options)to get more then 6 lines to print.

Hp hp needs a fix or I will change  to another company's printers.
