HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

My MFP M283fdw prints dirt on the HP Laser Enhanced Business Paper, glossy, 150 g/m2 (P/N CG965A). See the bottom left corner of the photo. The paper says designed for laser printers and this is what I'm priting on.

I tried "cleaning" feature from the printer menu, but it didn't help. I can print on uncoated 80-120 g/m2 paper without issues.

This is new printer that I've just bought, so it's on a warranty. I've tried to contact HP support through the website, but it says "Unfortunately, there are currently problems with this service", so there's no way to contact them.

Is it a printer defect, or a paper defect, or a combination of both? Why it happens and how to fix it?

I was able to fix the problem after successfully contacting HP Support through WhatsApp. I had to select the glossy paper type in the printing dialog, after that it prints correctly.

Hello @Lxcp ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Print a diagnostic page and upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.

Also, print out the supplies status page. Control here the bars, are there dropouts to be seen here?
I assume that HP original toners are used.

Kind Regards

Here is the diagnostics page with the same defect and the supplies status. As I said earlier, this is a new printer. All the stock cartridges came in the original packaging from HP and have been already installed into the printer.

This product: HP Laser Enhanced Business Paper, glossy, 150 g/m2 (P/N CG965A)
Is not suitable for this Laserjet.

Try to print a cleaning page again.
Use another type of paper that is also approved for this printer!

If the problem persists, there is only one thing you can do, please contact HP support team in your region for help.
Thanks for understanding!

Could you, please, provide at least one example of such type of paper? I cannot find any.

Also, the "compatible printers" that you are referring to look to me as black & white laser printers. I'm sure that this parper is for color printers, because what else is the glossy paper for, so the list must be incomplete. And it's not possible that among a hundred of different printer models from HP this paper is compatible only with three.
