My printer is old but the print quality is perfect. The color toners are more than half full. There are two issues with scanning, the page is alway skewed slightly and always too light, almost cloudy.  Since I've got at least $300 invested in toner and the print qualify is perfect, do I dare take apart the unit to see if there is anything I can do to fix the scanning issue? And yes, I have cleaned the scanner glass and the white strip on the underside of the document feeder/feeder wheels.
