HP Recommended

I have an HP Laserjet 6L and the print quality is quite poor.  I have a new toner cartridge and that helped a lot but I think the foam roller (I think that is the transfer roller) needs to be changed.  I just can't find a video anywhere of how to do it.  I can remove the toner and it's right there but I don't know how to remove it and would appreciate a video or someone who has step by step instructions how to do it.  Thank you.
