Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. In the software application, you are trying to print from, click File, and then click Print.

    The Print window opens.

  2. Open the Properties dialog box.

Depending on the software program, the button might be Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.

  3. Depending on your print job, you might consider modifying the following settings:

    • Paper Type: Select the appropriate type of paper, such as photo paper, plain paper, or labels.

    • Print Quality: Increase the print quality from Normal or Draft mode to Best.

    • Paper Size: Select the correct paper size for your print job.

  4. After changing the print settings, click OK to apply the settings, and then click Print.

And, also let's update the printer's firmware, refer - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
