I ordered a new set of HP toner cartridges for this printer directly from HP. I followed the instructions for installing, shook each cartridge a few times to distribute the toner, yet after installing it is printing very faintly and sometimes even blank pages. I've followed every solution I can find. I've run several cleaning cycles and aligning cycles. I've increased the print density, I've changed the print quality settings up as high as they can go. I've updated the firmware and drivers, tried switching to different drivers, tried the print doctor app. I've tried shaking the cartridges multiple times just to see if that would make a difference and nothing that i am trying seems to be working. The HP Smart App is reading the ink levels for each cartridge at about 3/4 full and the last set of toner cartridges I had worked great. I find it hard to believe I received an entire set of defective cartridges so I'm at a loss here.

Print the " Supplies Status" report and return all cartridges to HP. Read HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182-M185 - User Guide page 112 Chapter 9 Solve problems.

I've done that before, it just tells me what I already know which is that all of the toner cartridges are about 3/4 of the way full. I'm not sure what you mean by return all cartridges to HP? Like just stick them in a box and mail them? How will they know what to do with them?
