For the past 2 or so toner cartridge changes, the printer still showed "low toner," but it continued to print after the toner cartridge was changed. Today, it stopped printing. I didn't think the toner cartridge I put in a month or so ago was empty, but I purchased and inserted a new toner cartridge. The printer still shows the symbol for "low toner," and still won't print at all. I followed the recommended suggestions found in the HP Support Community and elsewhere: turning the printer on/off; did a hard reset of the printer; reset the printer memory; and cleaned the new toner cartridge contacts. Any other ideas of what I might try?
