On first M479 (which means: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdn) some people have changed toner cartridges, and then there was an error about Cyan / Magenta "supplies not communicating properly with printer".

 

I tried cold-reboot, looked on cartridges (should be original, cause we buy only that kind) - nothing. So, I found second M479 in my office, and swap C/M cartridges between them.

 

Result: on first M479 "not communicating properly" but only Cyan cartridge, and on second M479 "can't read data from cartridges" for Cyan and Magenta.

 

So I swap cartridges again between printers... on first M479 appeared "old" error for C/M cartridges, but on second M479... suddenly appears error too: "can't read data..." but only for Cyan.

 

In effect, I had one non-working printer, but now I have two non-working printers. Any suggestion, please?
