HP LaserJet Enterprise M506dn
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have an M506 LaserJet Enterprise printers. For several years there's been a light band that appears down the left side of printed pages. I've tried running cleaning pages but that doesn't help. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas about what else I might do to fix this. The toner cartridge still has 70% of its capacity left. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Could be a smudge or a dirt on a laser glass. Can you scan a sample page and post here?

Not sure if my earlier reply posted correctly so I'm posting it again. I've pasted a jpg of a page that shows the problem below. Do you have any thoughts about how to address this? Thank you for your help.

That looks to me like a toner cartridge issue.
