Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

EMM fail, won't boot, replaced emm card and formatter and still won't boot. Followed online instructions and won't see usb dongle to upgrade firmware.

HP Recommended

It is not recommended to replace both devices at the same time as you may not be able to recover device. Normal procedure is to replace just the emm and restore printer. You may need to reinstall the old formatter.

 I did allow proper protocol for changing formatter and emm board.
