Hello Team,
We have tried to refill using the first refill toner. But it got errored out and the toner handle broke into 2 pieces. We have removed the refill toner by restarting the printer.
But, we were unable to load the ink through the new toner (Second toner). Please help us to solve this issue.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
