Greetings HP,
This is seems to be a very flawed process. After happily using my HP Neverstop MFP 1202w for over a year, I now need to replace the toner.
However, when I go to do that --
The toner reload cartridge will most often not "catch" and be able to turn
The one or two times it has been able to turn, the plunger then will not go down
I've taken out the drum, nothing.
I've tried the other cartridge - same problem.
Please tell me what needs to happen in order for this to work? I've loved this printer until now - it seems it is not designed to be able to be refilled.
Please advise.
Kim
