HP OFFICE JET 5200 SERIES
STARTED TO HAVE SOME STREAKING IN THE PRINT SO I CHANGED THE BLACK CARTRIDGE 63xl HP PRODUCT AND NOW IT DOES NOT PRINT AT ALL. THE NEW CARTRIDGE IS ALSO 63XL HP PRODUCT.
I CAN CONNECT WIRELESSLY FROM MY PC NO PROBLEM AND IT SOUNDS JUST LIKE IT ALWASY HAS WHILE PRINTING BUT THERE IS NO BLACK INK PRINTING.
I ONLY USE BLACK INK SINCE I ONLY PRINT DOCUMENTS AND DO NOT NEED COLOR. THERE IS A COLOR CARTRIDGE INSTALLED ALSO.
I TOOK OUT THE NEW CARTRIDGE AND PUT IN THE OLD ONE TO VERIFY IT STILL PRINTED SOMETHING AND IT ALSO DOES NOT PRINT AT ALL NOW.
I UPDATED TO THE LATEST FIRMWARE - NO CHANGE

I understand the printer is not printing in black. Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times and print a quality report to check the result.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid it is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
