This report is not about a printer error msg issues, but rather after installing a new set of HP black 62XL and Color 62, after about 30 pages the INK tends to leak
out of the Cartridges, but mostly from the color side. This's not a single incident due the same issues are being experienced by my other 7 colleagues either
using the office jet 200 or 250 with the same 62 cartridges.
Note: When the cartridges contacts get wet, the printer msg window advises to re-install cartridges, at times it gives an not authorized cartridge warning.
To fix it, remove cartridge and clean & dry all contacts including the actual head and also the contacts on the bucket with a water ethyl alcohol wipe.
Question! Our printers are exposed to heavy air travel (cabin pressure altitude of 7k ft),. When the printers were new, it worked flawlessly, but within months
it showed some form of leakage. A quick fix is to place new Cartridges, but after one or 2 more times on the air and after 30-40 pages, it start leaking again.
This's very costly or time consuming to temporarily due a bandaid fix

Yes, very sure it was the color ink that was leaking the most, but you brought up a good point about the
printer not being turned upside down! Our group (8) uses the HP mobile printers about 2/3 of the time
on operating wide body aircraft. At times while in transit our bags might turn on its side, which might
place the printer orientation upside down.
I’ve pass this good info to the rank, so we may now manage to avoid placing/storing the printer, upside
down.
If we get further leaks, will provide photo documentation.
