Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 All-in-One Printer

I installed new HP ink cartridges in our printer.  When I closed the cover it didn't work, so I opened the cover to discover that the pink cartridge had popped out, so I pushed it back in closed the cover and waited.  the screen popped up and said: Printhead Problem!!!     In the center of the screen it read:  the printhead appears to be missing,not detected or incorrectly installed.     I have installed many cartridges in this printer and never ever had a problem!!!  The cartridges slide over when closed, but keeps giving me the pop up screen.
