HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

On my HP OJ Pro 8022e the blue colour prints slurry. Cartridges are full. Ran the "Clean" program 6 times, has not helped. Cleaning the print head with alcohol while it is installed has not helped.

Can the print head of a 8022 be removed and how? Other models seem to have a lever to unlock the head and take it out, the 8022 does not seem to have one.

Thanks for advice

It's not user removable. If you have cleaned it 6 times then and still not good it's time for a new printer.

Thank you for your reply!

@all who are maybe looking at his: That printer is only 3,5 years old, was used several times weekly but only with ca. 100 pages per month, typical home usage.

What I learnt: Only buy a printer where the printer head is removable and exchangeable.

After asking ChatGPT I found out that the HP OJ Pro 9100e series have it.

Ask chat GPT for the printhead price for the OfficeJet 9100e series and compare it with a new 9100e series printer.
