Has anyone has problems with OJ Pro 8025e printing pink instead of blue and lines showing up in printing as if it was printed on notebook paper? This is the 2nd OJP 8025 I have purchased that has had such poor quality printing...

Hi @Luwal,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing some frustrating printing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Printing the wrong color and seeing lines on the printouts can be indicative of several potential problems. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you could try:
Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your ink cartridges have sufficient ink levels, especially for the blue color cartridge. Low ink levels or dried-up ink can cause color discrepancies.
Print Quality Settings: Adjust the print quality settings in the printer driver settings. Sometimes, lower quality settings can lead to issues like lines or color problems.
Clean Print Heads: Most printers have a utility to clean the print heads. Use this function to clear any clogs or dried ink that might be affecting the print quality.
Alignment: Run a print head alignment process. This ensures that the printer is properly calibrated and can improve print quality.
Update Drivers/Firmware: Make sure your printer drivers and firmware are up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause compatibility issues leading to print quality problems.
Paper Quality: Ensure you're using the correct type of paper for your printer and that it's not damaged or too thin. Low-quality paper can affect print quality.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
