Microsoft Windows 11

Hi i have a HP Office Jet 3830 printer and both have 3830 certified inks in it which was working fine wintill today morning.

 

Since, afternoon I'm encountering the message "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge.

 

Kindly note that both the inks are new and not much used. Also, i have cleaned the inside area thoroughly to ensure there is no dust/dirt sitting on the ink cartridge area.

 

Please advise how to get it fixed?
