Hi @Daunn ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the ink cartridge is stuck in your HP OfficeJet 9015e printer and you're unable to move it manually, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can reset the printer and resolve minor issues.
- Check for Obstructions: Even if you can't see any obvious obstacles, it's possible that there is something blocking the movement of the cartridge. Carefully inspect the area around the cartridge and remove any debris or obstructions that you find.
- Reset the Carriage: Sometimes, the carriage mechanism can get stuck. You can try gently moving the carriage manually to see if it loosens up. Be very careful not to force it, as this could cause damage to the printer.
- Use the HP Smart App: If your printer is connected to a network, you can try using the HP Smart app on your smartphone or computer to troubleshoot the issue remotely. The app may provide guidance on how to resolve the problem.
