HP Office Jet Pro 8034e won't print blue ink. Have tried cleaning print head three times.

I understand how frustrating it can be when your printer isn't producing the colors you need, especially after trying multiple cleaning attempts. Let's work together to find a solution.

 

Update the firmware. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are bad or the printer itself.
