@TNEV777, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 printer displays a "Supply System Problem" message despite having new HP 962 cartridges installed, here are steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Check the Ink Cartridges for Leaks:
- Open the cartridge access door and wait for the carriage to stop moving.
- Remove each ink cartridge and inspect it for any sign of leakage.
- If any cartridge is leaking, replace it with a new one.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer using the power button. If it doesn't switch off, unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for 60 seconds before plugging the printer back in.
- Restart the printer to complete the reset process.
Reseat the Printhead (if applicable):
- Open the cartridge access area and locate the printhead latch if the printer has a removable printhead.
- Turn off the printer and gently lift and reset the printhead back into its position.
- Lower the latch to secure the printhead.
