HP Office jet 5255 Black ink does not seem to want to print, or prints very light

Black ink not working right, comes out barely.  Can not read anything printed.  I bought this printer a little over a year ago, but was working so much did not use it much until this week...had problems with scanning, had to take all HP soft wear off and reinstall, unplug and plug back in, clean print heads 3x's, still not working.  Getting very sick of this printer, LOVED my old HP, this one bites pretty much.  Does anyone know of anything to try, other than a hammer??  Tried to add a pic of the PDF, but not allowed on here.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
