I have just order HP Genuine Ink, for my printer because my Cyan and Yellow cartridges were finished. I put in new cartridges only to get the error message " Supply System Problems"
I have tried the recommended trouble shooting steps ie:
Clean cartridge contacts,
Restart Printer
Ensure I have the latest firmware
Hard reset, etc.
Nothing so far has helped, and I am afraid to purchase new cartridges again only to have the same issue, with two set of unusable cartridges.
