HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

My printer is leaving large white horizontal gaps at various places on each page. The location of these white streaks is consistent. According to the printer, my black ink levels are fine (I don't really use color, so I don't have a color cartridge loaded).

I've attached a scan of the Print Quality Diagnostic page so you can see the issue. I've printed five of these diagnostic sheets and they're all the same.

Things I've tried:

  • Clean Cartridges (automatic)
  • Super Clean Cartridges (automatic)
  • Manual cartridge wiping
  • Align Printer
  • Clean Page Smears

I'm using an authentic black HP ink cartridge.

I just plug out the printer for few minutes and took out the cartridges' then power back on the printer and install the cartridge's back in the printer then run the alignment and clean cartridges' using option under setup --> tools.

After that print the page and now it's printing all fine , no white line space anymore.

Problem solved.
