Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

HP OfficeJet 3830. Printer was working fine, then we received a replacement black ink cartridge  and the black ink has not printed since. Installed the old cartridge that still showed some ink available with the same results - black ink does not print. Spent several days turning printer off and on, unplugging printer, resetting printer, re-installing software, using HP Smart APP to work through all the avenues it offers - no black ink printing. We have a stack of paper with color print but all images that require black ink are not there - waste of our paper and color ink. Vitual assistant was useless. Please have someone contact me,  Help me find out why my HP OfficeJet 3830 printer has failed after installing my Instant Ink black ink cartridge.
